Guy Asadorian is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management based in Providence, RI.  He works closely with clients to address the wealth management needs of high net worth individuals and families.  With two decades of mergers and acquisitions experience, Guy’s expertise is in working with business owners who are in the process of exiting their business with a focus on the planning and execution of the sale. He leads a team of U.S. Trust® specialists who work in concert to design and implement tailored financial strategies in investment management, trust and estate planning services, liquidity-event strategies, lending and philanthropy. 

 Prior to joining U.S. Trust, Guy served as Wealth Director at BNY Mellon Wealth Management.  As a seasoned expert in M&A, he advised successful entrepreneurs and corporate executives at privately-held, as well as, public companies. This included planning for, and executing, the purchase and sale of privately-held businesses and helping to navigate the complexities of transitioning from “Owner to Investor”.  Previously, he was a principal and co-founder of Tameracq Partners, a middle market mergers and acquisitions firm in Providence, RI.

Guy prides himself on taking the time to fully understand his client’s needs and holistically analyzing their financial lives to create strategies that are designed to specifically meet their goals and objectives. He has published articles, recorded podcasts and been a featured speaker on the subject of M&A and business owner exit planning.  Guy is currently a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Association of M&A Advisors, the Exit Planning Exchange and the Cherrystone Angel Investment Group. He is Co-Chairman of the East Greenwich Athletic Hall of Fame Committee. He graduated with a degree in Finance from Western New England University where he played varsity baseball.

Guy and his wife, Ann, have two grown daughters and live in East Greenwich, RI.

Philip P. Ianniello is a Managing Director in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Regional Investment Banking Group, covering the Northeast Region, based in Boston. Phil joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in May 2017 after 15 years with Needham & Company, LLC, a growth-focused investment bank, where he was co-head of Investment Banking. Phil started his career in the TMT investment banking group of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., working in the firm’s New York office. During his career, Phil has executed over 150 financing and M&A transactions, primarily for middle market clients. Phil received his BSBA in Finance with honors from Georgetown University. He lives in Newton, MA with his wife and three children. Phil is active with Cradles to Crayons, YearUp Boston and The Jimmy Fund program of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

In 2001, David partnered with Governor Gina Raimondo, and together they founded Point Judith Capital, which was officially rebranded as PJC. Prior to PJC, David Co-founded Rex Capital and previously was a member of the Investment Banking Group at Cowen & Company. David received a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island. David sits on the Board of Trustees at the University of Rhode Island and the Investment Committee of Lifespan and has been actively involved with Year Up Rhode Island.

As CEO, Vishal is responsible for developing strategies aimed at assisting both corporate legal and finance teams with the review of their contracts. He works to prevent his customers from having to read each contract one by one. He founded LinkSquares with the goal of building great products to improve how businesses operate. Prior to founding LinkSquares, he held positions in operations and product management at Backupify and InsightSquared. Vishal has a B.S. in Engineering from Northeastern University and a M.S. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
