Harris Williams & Co. is pleased to announce that the firm has been named Mergers & Acquisitions’ Investment Bank of the Year. The firm’s 25th anniversary year was marked with exemplary performance. In 2016, Harris Williams & Co. was involved in 13% more transactions than the prior year with the highest aggregate transaction value in the firm’s history.
