Alan Fullerton

Alan Fullerton is Chairman of the Board of Directors & CEO of Mirus Capital Advisors, a premier Boston-area middle market investment bank. The firm provides M&A and capital advisory services to successful companies across major sectors of the economy.  With over 450 completed transactions, Mirus is one of New England's largest and longest-established independent investment banks. Alan has led Mirus to several national M&A honors, including a 2025 "Investment Bank of the Year – Complex Transactions" award and "Top 50 Investment Banks in the Middle Market" recognition in 2025 and 2026. Alan previously served on the board of ACG Boston (2017-2023).
