Beginning his career in financial services, Alex most recently served as Vice President of Middle-Market Investment Banking with Cascade Partners. He has successfully led capital raise, buy-side, and sell-side transactions in the consumer-healthcare, multi-site retail, and manufacturing industries, with a total transaction value of nearly $1Bn.

Alex earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University, with a concentration in accounting and finance. He also holds an M.S.F. from Walsh College, with an emphasis on corporate finance, and is a registered CPA in the State of Michigan.
