Amanda Jackson

Amanda is the Regional Managing Director of Business Development for the Eastern US and Europe at SRS Acquiom. She works closely with deal parties, outside counsel and investors, providing education and guidance on SRS Acquiom's suite of products and services and how they can be used on transactions.  She is a frequent speaker at industry events on trends across M&A deals and post-closing dispute activity.   

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Amanda spent 10 years in the financial printing industry as Vice President of Sales at RR Donnelley and Bowne.   

Amanda holds a B.A. from the University of Richmond.
