Clark Waterfall

Clark’s career in talent and team performance began in 1989 with an “Organizational Behavior” course in business school. For 30 years, he has focused on assessing executives and enhancing performance, specializing in privately held, middle-market, private equity-sponsored businesses. Clark attended Tufts University and received his MBA from Babson College. After early work at Citicorp, he co-founded BSG and Talent Sequencing, where he has led innovation for over 25 years. He splits his time between Boston and Southeast Florida.
