Eugene H. Ho

Eugene H. Ho is a partner at Verrill Dana, LLP, where he co-chairs the firm’s Business Law Group.  Eugene focuses his practice on corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions for middle-market companies.  Eugene frequently serves as outside general counsel for businesses in a wide variety of industries, including technology, software, telecommunications, manufacturing, and health care.  He also advises start-ups and entrepreneurs on entity formation matters, founder issues, and business planning and strategy.  Eugene is a graduate of Amherst College and American University, Washington College of Law.
