Taylor Cotton is a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant with Insperity where she provides strategic guidance to leaders and teams on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Prior to joining the DEI Team, Taylor served Insperity clients across the U.S., as a trusted advisor in building strategic HR infrastructures to deliver net profit protection, cost containment and revenue generation. She has a professional background in market analytics, sales, operations, business development and continuous improvement.

Taylor has assisted clients in implementing sustainable solutions through change management initiatives and her experience in DE&I includes strategic planning, instructional design, program and initiative development and training.

Taylor is passionate about creating and fostering environments where all employees are encouraged to realize their full potential by leveraging their unique abilities. The most satisfying aspect of her work is helping leaders create a bridge toward a sustainable future through a foundation of trust, integrity and learning agility.

A graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Management, Taylor earned a MS in Human Resource Management from Houston Baptist University. She is also certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace and is SHRM-CP certified. Taylor resides in Houston, Texas with her family. She enjoys learning new recipes, reading and traveling.
