Thomas C. Fountain is an Operating Partner focused on driving value creating through the deployment of technology-based solutions and IT excellence for One Rock and its portfolio companies.  Mr. Fountain brings over 30 years of technology and leadership experience having served in CIO roles in GE, Honeywell and Bunge Ltd.  In addition to large multi-national leadership positions, Mr. Fountain has also held CTO and CEO roles at software start-ups and emerging growth companies with a focus on innovative product design and new product introduction.  His focus on creating alignment between business operating models and technology strategy positions companies for high return investments and optimized service delivery. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fountain held Design Engineer, Product Management, and Intelligence Officer positions with Martin Marietta Aerospace, Hewlett-Packard, Dell, and the Central Intelligence Agency.

Mr. Fountain graduated from MIT with a degree in electrical engineering and later received his M.S. in electrical engineering and M.B.A. from Duke University.

Anthony is a Director on the MDP Telecom, Media & Technology Services team. Prior to MDP, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Anthony currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Navisite and Solis Mammography, and he is actively involved in MDP's investment in American Broadband.

Since founding Dickinson + Associates in 1998, Don has been its chief executive over the strategy and operation of the business.  His direct experience includes executive strategy and engagement management, project management, risk management, and SAP integration.  He actively participates on “key-client” executive steering committees and is counted on to lend strategic business technology and industry insights to CIOs, CFOs, and other corporate executive leaders.

In 2020, Dickinson + Associates became part of Navisite, a modern cloud managed services global technology company sponsored by investment firm Madison Dearborn Partners.  Don continues to act in a leadership role in the SAP practice and is a member of the SAP North American Business Partner Advisory Council.

Andy leads the SAP Midmarket business for North America. Previously, he was leading SAP sales across all Strategic Industry Accounts in North America. Andy has spent over 15 years in the SAP ecosystem both as a customer with Honeywell Aerospace and as a Consultant and SAP/Cloud Seller with Deloitte. Andy started his career as an IT Officer in the Marine Corps achieving the rank of Captain. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and a Masters of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. Andy has been an active volunteer through various local nonprofit organizations and served as the Chairman and CEO of the Project Management Institute Washington, DC Chapter. Andy is an avid runner, skier and reader. He is happily married and a proud father of two children and can often be found in the summer at the Jersey Shore in Stone Harbor with his family.

Jeff Mueller

Jeffrey J. Mueller, CPA

Vice President & CIO

Jeff is the senior IT executive responsible for establishing, refreshing and executing Pregis’s IT strategy and corporate project roadmap, including implementation of SAP. In his role, he also leads M&A integration, driving value out of digital transformation, data analytics, and company infrastructure modernization. He is accountable for right-sizing and aligning investment in systems and technology platforms with the corporate strategy.

Jeff is a strong leader with a focus on continually increasing his circle of influence and organizational impact. Prior to Pregis, Jeff was Senior Director of IT for Shure Inc, as well as IT Director for GATX Corporation and held various positions at both Deloitte and EY. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
