W. Bryant Cornett is the founder of DTSpade and an eighteen-year veteran of the Atlanta real estate market. Prior to founding the company, Mr. Cornett’s experience includes holding the position of Senior Vice President at Ackerman & Co., Director of Business Development at Farrington Design Group, and Director/Founder at PiAsian Limited Partnership. He is skilled at bridging the gap between analytics and execution. Mr. Cornett’s ability to translate healthcare data into information is unparalleled.
Mr. Cornett holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport. He is also a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Mr. Cornett is an active member and past Board member of the Georgia Association of Healthcare Executives (GAHE) and was awarded the 2017 Georgia Regent’s Award from the American College of Healthcare Executives He also serves as Chairman of the South Atlanta Community Economic Development Committee of Focused Community Strategies, an organization that is winning its fight against poverty in our city.
Mr. Cornett is the only healthcare executive in the country who is both a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors—the highest designation attained within the National Association of Realtors.
Will Melson has more than 25 years of experience driving revenue, profits, and performance of companies to new heights. Prior to founding Broadwell Group, Mr. Melson served as Principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers and held interim CEO positions at ADS Trinity, Lux Corporation and other corporations. He served as a Captain in the US Army. He is recognized for successfully leading strategy, operations, supply chain, procurement, IT and sales/marketing initiatives in large and small companies and is an entrepreneurial leader skilled in promoting shared vision, and in recruiting, motivating, and developing superior staff. He has helped clients in over $10B worth of deals.
Mr. Melson holds a Master of Business Administration Summa Cum Laude from Duke University where he was a Fuqua Scholar. He was an Alcoa Scholar and Distinguished Military Graduate of Tennessee Technological University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Melson is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agape and is on the Executive Advisory Council of the Campbell School of Business at Berry College. He is a c0-author of two books and a frequent speaker on healthcare and business management topics to a variety of professional organizations and universities, including APICS, IEEE, HIMSS, ACHE, GAHE, AHLA, Georgia Tech, Duke University, Berry College, Drexel University, the International Builders Association, Spark Conference, European-US Business Council, Chicago MGMA, and Pennsylvania MGMA.
