What is the cancellation policy?
To qualify for a FULL REFUND, cancellation requests must be submitted by September 14th. Refunds will not be provided after this date for any reason, and we do not issue refunds for no-shows. Substitutions can be made at any time at no extra charge; however, the fee may be adjusted if a non-member takes the place of an ACG member.
