Legadex Networking Lunch

Dear members of ACG Holland.

We are delighted to invite you to our next members only event which is a round table lunch, kindly hosted by Legadex on May 15, 2019. The theme for the discussion is M&A: don’t forget cyber security. 

To briefly introduce the topic, cyber crime has become a major risk factor in M&A transactions. So it’s quite surprising that the evaluation of cyber security still isn’t a standard element in the due diligence process.

Following a welcome by Luc van Daele, co-founder of Legadex, guest speaker, Romano Herrie of Fox IT will discuss the huge potential impact of cyber crime on M&A deals and will detail the different ways to handle this during the transaction and thereafter.
