Over the past decade there have been a number of significant developments in the governance of private equity funds. Vistra, in partnership with IFI Global, have conducted a worldwide research study with both LPs and GPs, reviewing the current state of play in the private equity fund governance market from both an industry and investor perspective.

The research provides LP and GP insights on LPAC development, co-investing, outsourcing, regulatory structures, domiciliation and various transparency matters.
