Overview

Body

Dear members and guests of ACG Holland,

Our next networking lunch event is all about sustainability and environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters in M&A dealmaking.

Tim van der Weide, Principal Consultant ERM will host a panel discussion that will look at how climate change, working conditions and other sustainability factors may positively and negatively impact dealmaking for private equity and corporates. What risks can sustainability pose for deals, and can M&A dealmakers be agents for positive change? Joy Roeterdink from Suitsupply and Tom Vermaesen, Central Purchasing Manager Citrus & Exotic Fruits Refresco will share their insights and experiences.

The event is kindly hosted by ERM and will take place on June 8th at Circl on the Zuidas. Almost all of the materials used in creating Circl are second-hand, easily disassembled and able to be reused. It is a fun venue to see and experience and is naturally in keeping with the theme of this event.
