A huge congratulations to Evert van der Kaa and the BJTK team for winning this year’s Exit Deal of the Year with the successful exit of OG Clean Fuels by ABN AMRO Sustainable Impact Fund and Meewind. While Evert couldn’t join us in person due to logistics challenges surrounding the NATO conference, the award was proudly accepted on his behalf by Quirijn Biesheuvel (BJTK), joined on stage by Wolfgang Out (Centralis Netherlands).

Congratulations to Nordic Climate Group Netherlands on winning the Green Deal of the Year for their impactful acquisition of Cooling Systems Holland and other partners – a deal that highlights the growing importance of sustainability in the middle market.

Receiving the award on behalf of Nordic Climate Group Netherlands were Robert Ebens (Orange Clover) and Teun Grijzenhout (Clairfield) – both instrumental in bringing this deal to life. The award was presented by Pauline Waalkens of Svalner Atlas Group.

It’s the people behind the deals who truly make the difference – and this year’s Advisor of the Year category was one of the closest yet, with just one vote separating first and second place.

A huge congratulations to Teun Grijzenhout (Clairfield), the well-deserved winner of this year’s award! Close behind was Eddy Boorsma (Software Improvement Group), with Marnix Geraerts (Taylor Wessing) also nominated – all three outstanding professionals and valued members of our dealmaking community. Closing out the awards with a highlight of the night — congratulations to the team at Intersaction - Tim Everaert and Matthijs Snels - winners of this year’s Deal of the Year for their acquisition of Micro Machining Group from Standard Investment. An impressive transaction that stood out for its strategic vision and execution in the middle market.
