Eddy Boorsma, Partner at SIG Transaction Services, has taken on the role of ACG Holland President for 2020. Eddy has been a member of ACG Holland since April, 2016 and a sponsor of the chapter since March, 2018. Eddy has also served as an active board member, organizing ACG Holland Growth Awards events.
As president, Eddy will keep a strong focus on the ACG value proposition, enabling members to connect and execute (international) deals. He believes it's important for ACG Holland members to have these opportunities during events that balance networking and delivering client-driven content.
Eddy has seen the role of SIG's IT Due DIligence proposition mature in EMEA, where IT due diligence for investors has become a must in IT/software-centric transactions. In addition, IT due diligence engagements with SIG create added value for investors in cooperation with other advisors in Legal, Commercial and Financial tracks.
