ACG Holland, the premier professional networking organisation for deal making professionals in the middle market, is pleased to announce that Bas van Helden, Partner at Accuracy, will take over the leadership of ACG Holland in 2018. The term is for one year.
Bas van Helden: “I am very pleased to be elected as the 2018 President of ACG Holland. During 2017 we attracted many new members and sponsors and hosted a record number of events. In 2018, I am looking forward to continuing the growth and success of the chapter by expanding our network and building on the accomplishments of our previous leaders.”
Founded in 2005, ACG Holland connects growing businesses with local and global capital markets, and helps to facilitate relationship building between deal making professionals i.e. capital providers, M&A advisors, corporate executives, accountants, attorneys and other related service providers in the middle market.
Bas is a senior member of ACG Holland and Accuracy, a long-term sponsor of the chapter. He has twenty years’ experience with M&A and complex valuation situations. Bas’s clients are public and private companies, for which he works with senior management, supervisory boards, shareholders and other advisors in multiple sectors. At ACG Holland he heads the board of directors and also serves on the EuroGrowth 2018 steering committee.
