ACG Holland, the premier professional networking organisation for deal making professionals in the middle market, is pleased to announce that Boudewijn Niels Partner at Atlas, has taken on the role of ACG Holland President for 2019. The term is for one year.
Boudewijn Niels: “I have been active in ACG Holland since 2016, initially as a guest and member and for the last few years as an ACG board member. During this time I have seen the network grow and last year in particular was notable for the excellent turnout at our many high quality events. Being able to meet business contacts regularly in an informal setting is very beneficial for me as it helps build relationships and it’s the people I regularly see who are genuinely front of mind. I am looking forward to leading the Chapter this year, to getting to know our 180 members better and to building on the success of 2018.”
Founded in 2005, ACG Holland connects growing businesses with local and global capital markets, and helps to facilitate relationship building between deal making professionals i.e. capital providers, M&A advisors, corporate executives, accountants, attorneys and other related service providers in the middle market.
Boudewijn is a Partner at Atlas and a board member of ACG Holland. At Atlas, he is specialised in tax aspects of private equity and M&A transactions. Additionally, he has broad experience in advising on the tax structuring of cross-border financial transactions and investments. Boudewijn’s clients are public and private companies and their shareholders in multiple sectors. At ACG Holland he heads the board of directors.
