All our nominees are winners but this year congratulations goes to Frank Verbeek from IMPROVED Corporate Finance for winning the members vote for Best ACG - Holland Advisor of 2023! Closing a deal is important but it's the people behind the deal that are even more important and it's great to be able to celebrate these individuals.

Winning deal: Sale of Franke Media to digital publishing group PubTech, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity by its founder
And on to the climax of the ACG - Holland Growth Awards evening ..... The award for the Best Deal of the Year 2023 went to Franke Media (advised by DEX international M&A) for their sale of the business. Having started the business at only 18 years of age the audience was amazed to learn that just 10 years later Franke Media had turned into such a success story.
