Eric Tobias is an entrepreneur and venture investor, having founded and led 3 companies to successful exits to public companies. Hi last company, iGoDigital, was acquired by Salesforce.  Today, he spends his time as a Partner at High Alpha, a venture studio in Indianapolis, that conceives, launches and scales high-growth B2B SaaS companies. High Alpha has started 15+ companies, raised $150+M, and hired 400+ employees in the past 4 years since its inception in 2015.

Eric is a passionate and dedicated fan of music, especially the live variety, and recently purchased The Vogue Theater in Indianapolis, which is one of the country’s most historic and iconic venues to see live music.

Eric is a recognized leader in entrepreneurship, enterprise software, and SaaS and has deep experience leading product and technology teams. Eric’s earned numerous accolades for business leadership, including CIO Magazine’s Thirty Under 30, Indianapolis Business Journal’s Forty Under 40, and Inc 500 Fastest Growing Companies. In addition to his business work, he is a passionate civic leader, serving on the Dean’s Council at Indiana University’s School of Informatics, the Board of Directors at Cathedral High School, The Mitch Daniels Leadership Foundation, and as co-founder of The Speakeasy, Indy's first and finest co-working space.
