ACG Indiana June 24th Event

Cindy became the Chief Strategy Officer for Penske Entertainment Corp, a subsidiary of Penske Corporation, which owns and operates the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, INDYCAR racing league, and Indianapolis Motor Speedway Productions, in November 2020. She joined Penske Entertainment (previously Hulman and Company), in November 2014 as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer. In that role, she oversaw all finance, accounting, information technology, human resources, and real estate. Cindy was integral to the strategic portfolio review and subsequent sale of the racing business to Penske Corporation, as well as the sale of Clabber Girl and non-core real estate.

Prior to joining Penske Entertainment, Ms. Lucchese was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hillenbrand (NYSE: HI), where from 2008 to 2014 she was a key member of the leadership team that transformed Hillenbrand from a $650 million North American business to a $1.6 billion global diversified industrial company. She has extensive experience in the medical device industry, including serving from 2005 to 2007 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Thoratec (NSDQ: THOR), a medical device company focused on treating advanced stage heart failure. Cindy also held various senior financial positions with Guidant Corporation (NYSE: GDT), now a part of Boston Scientific, from 1994 to 2005, including Vice President and Treasurer, Vice President of Finance and Administration - Guidant Sales Corporation, and Vice President - Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Earlier in her career, she worked for Eli Lilly and Company and Ernst & Young. She earned her undergraduate degree in accounting and MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Since July 2014, Cindy has served as a member of the Board of Directors, a member of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee and Chair of the Audit Committee of Intersect ENT (NSDQ: XENT), She became a Board Member of Hanger (NYSE: HGNR) in May 2015 and currently serves on the Audit Committee. In June 2017, she joined the Board of Directors of Beaver-Visitec, Inc., a private company owned by TPG, and serves as Chair of the Audit Committee. She became a Board Member of Inari Medical in November 2019 and is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. She previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Brightpoint, Inc. from 2009 to 2012, serving as Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. She also serves on the Next Level Fund Investment Board and the Dean’s Council of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Cindy and her husband Gino have two children and reside in Indianapolis.
