Katherine Judge joined CIBC as an Economist in 2018. She forecasts and provides insightful commentary of American economic data and is responsible for the regional outlook for the Midwest, in addition to contributing to research on a wide range of topics that impact financial markets.

Prior to joining CIBC, Katherine worked in a similar role at TD Bank. Katherine holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Queen's University.

Dan is a Managing Director and Head of Investments and Advice at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. His primary focus is identifying the goals, objectives and risk tolerance of his clients and their investment portfolios. Once determined, he can recommend the appropriate portfolio allocation utilizing public equity, fixed income, alternative investments, derivatives, and currencies. In addition, he works in close coordination with other specialists on the J.P. Morgan team to provide comprehensive wealth management capabilities that help clients meet their financial goals.

He began his career with J.P. Morgan Chase in 2004 and has held positions within the New York, NY, Chicago, IL and Indianapolis, IN office locations.  Dan currently holds Series 7, Series 63, Series 9 and Series 10 securities certifications. He is a 2015 graduate of the United Way of Central Indiana’s leadership development program, Leadership United and is the current board chair of Foster Success.  He lives in Fishers, IN with his wife and six children.

Brian Heaton serves as Chair of Krieg DeVault’s Business, Acquisitions, and Securities Practice Group and is also a long-time member of the firm's Health Care Practice Group.  His practice is primarily focused on providing general corporate and business law advice and assisting start-up and established business and health care provider organizations with everyday operations and extraordinary transactions.

Mr. Heaton’s practice includes representing both sellers and purchasers in complex transactions involving stock and asset sales, mergers, dissolutions, joint ventures, affiliations, licensing arrangements, and other restructurings.  He frequently serves as external general counsel for his clients and has advised clients as to general corporate governance issues, transfers of ownership, buy-sell agreements, choice of entity decisions, fiduciary duties among owners and management, antitrust and competitive analysis (including assistance with Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) pre-notification filings), and other matters.  Mr. Heaton's experience also includes structuring transactions to comply with state and federal licensing and certification requirements, corporate practice of medicine restrictions, and regulations unique to the health care industry.

Mr. Heaton is active in numerous professional organizations, including serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Indiana Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association.  Mr. Heaton is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received his law degree and Masters of Business Administration from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and Kelley School of Business.
