October 26th Breakfast

The Myth of the Coming Labor Shortage and What Lies Ahead

Talent is one of the most important keys to success for all businesses. Because of central Indiana and the state's economy outperforming most locations in the United States, the availability of labor is one of the biggest challenges companies face today. Many jobs are hard to fill in the Indianapolis region today.

Please join us for a conversation about human capital with Tomas Morales, CEO of Morales Group, and Seth Morales, President of Morales Group, to learn more about key talent development initiatives and best practices of businesses. We look forward to you attending this interactive discussion.

TOM MORALES
Tom is co-founder and CEO of Morales Group. He proudly embraces his Mexican heritage, as well as his Hoosier roots, which date back over 50 years.
After 23 successful years in sales and marketing with such companies as Proctor and Gamble, Union Carbide and Donaldson Corporation, he left to explore other opportunities.  His dream was to launch a business, which could utilize his corporate background, as well as allow his Mexican heritage to be a bridge between the Indianapolis business community and the growing Hispanic population.

SETH MORALES
Seth is President of Morales Group.  In 2005, Seth brought his business determination and passion for building meaningful relationships to the Morales Group. Led by an outstanding management position. His ability to think outside the box has enabled him to excel in his current role.
