Based in the firm’s Indianapolis office, Rubin Pusha III focuses his practice in the area of corporate transactions. As a strong advocate for his clients, Rubin has a deep understanding of the industry and his clients’ business structures, allowing him to provide high-quality counsel and best position an entity for success in its business dealings.

Rubin has experience providing counsel on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on corporate governance and general commercial matters. In addition, Rubin assists clients as they navigate and remain compliant with the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.

Rubin is a member of the Indianapolis Charter School Board and serves on the Board of the Indianapolis Urban League. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, fishing and watching movies.

Jason is a Client Advisor at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. His primary focus is identifying the goals, objectives, risk tolerance, and serving as the strategic advisor for his clients. In his role, Jason evaluates the firm’s capabilities for clients in financial planning, trusts and wealth transfer strategies, and private banking & investments.

Jason joined J.P. Morgan in 2006 and has 16 years of experience in meeting clients’ specials needs, as well as those of their business or profession. He began his career in 2005 as a Banker with Wells Fargo Bank in his hometown of Omaha, NE.

Jason serves on The Board of Trustees as well as the Vice Chair of The Board of Governors for The Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields. He also chairs the Audit Committee of The Board of Directors of the Arts Council of Indianapolis, and on the Board of The Association of Corporate Growth. In addition, Jason is a member of the Professional Advisory Leadership Council (PALC) of Central Indiana Community Foundation, The Penrod Society, & The 100 Black Men of Indianapolis. He was an Indy’s Best and Brightest finalist for Banking and Financial Services in 2017.

Jana Fuelberth has an insatiable curiosity for business and an unwavering belief that great business outcomes and a great work experience can go hand-in-hand.  Jana is the president, CEO and co-founder of analytic.li, a company that knocks down the silos between people, operations and finance data so its customers can be more productive and better to their people.  In the summer of 2020, analytic.li was acquired by a group of investors led by Fred Luddy, the founder and chairman of ServiceNow.

 Along with her duties at analytic.li, Jana serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at Butler University, her alma mater.  Jana resides in Indianapolis with her fiancé.

Sarah Jones is a Senior Associate with Krieg DeVault LLP and focuses her practice on providing general corporate and business services to a variety of clients, with a secondary focus in commercial real estate matters. Sarah has participated as lead counsel on a number of merger and acquisition transactions across a broad spectrum of industries. Sarah is an active member of ACG and serves on both the Young ACG and Women in Transactions (WiT) committees.
