Anthony Quill, Managing Director, AlTi Tiedemann Global
Anthony joined Envoi, now part of AlTi, in 2019. Prior to joining Envoi, he worked as a Portfolio Manager at Terra Partners Asset Management Limited in the Republic of Malta, and as a Portfolio Manager at the University of Minnesota. Anthony is a graduate in Economics and Spanish of Hamline University in St. Paul, MN and holds a Masters of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota. He is a CFA Charterholder.
Mat Marcussen, Director, Northborne Partners
Mat Marcussen is a Director at Northborne Partners with over a decade of experience in M&A advisory across industries such as industrial manufacturing, building materials, transportation, and e-commerce. Before joining Northborne, he was a Vice President in BMO Capital Markets’ M&A group, where he executed transactions and sourced deals through internal partnerships. He also worked in BMO Harris Bank’s Financial Advisory Services group, advising family offices and middle market companies. Mat began his career at Chartwell, focusing on ESOP transactions and corporate valuations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Robert Laubscher, President, Laubscher Consulting
Rob Laubscher is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience, including 15 years leading his own company through transformative growth in revenue, safety, quality, and service. His background spans engineering, factory management, and executive leadership, with a strong focus on operational improvement and strategic execution. After successfully selling his business, he founded Laubscher Consulting to help companies drive continuous improvement in operations and business processes. With degrees in Chemical Engineering and Change Management, Rob brings a practical, hands-on approach to solving complex challenges.
