Cory Wiedel - Complete Nutrition

Cory Wiedel began his career by owning and operating 15 franchised General Nutrition Center stores (GNC).  He created the top five revenue producing GNC stores in the country.  Shortly after Cory became a supplier to GNC and created NDS Nutritional Products, a supplement company that partnered with over 3,000 nutritional stores in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

In 2005 Cory founded Complete Nutrition.  Complete Nutrition is a network of high-quality nutritional supplement retail stores.  Complete Nutrition grew to 200 locations in 5 years and in December 2015 Cory sold a majority stake of Complete Nutrition to a private equity investment group.

Cory grew up in the small town of Hebron, NE and holds a bachelor’s degree from Wayne State College.  He is married to his wife Jeri and has 3 children, Desire, Jayden and Jagger.  

Dale Williams - Medical Solutions

Dale Williams graduated from UNO with a degree in MIS.  He began his career in the IT department at ConAgra Frozen Foods. In 1997 he started an IT consulting firm and in 2001 Co-Founded Medical Solutions a Healthcare Staffing company.  

In 2012 Medical Solutions partnered with two PE firms and Dale sold the majority of this stake in the company.  In 2016 he sold the remainder of his equity in a 2nd private equity deal.  Today Medical Solutions is the 2nd largest nurse staffing company in the country.

Dale is married to his wife Crinda and they have 6 kids.

Doug Wilwerding

Doug Wilwerding is the founder and Managing Principal of The Optimas Group, LLC, a venture investment firm founded in 2008. 

Prior to founding The Optimas Group, Doug worked from 1986 to 2008 in the accounts receivable management industry with Accent Service Company, Accent Insurance Recovery, Omnium Worldwide, and West Corporation. During that time, Doug developed an in-depth understanding of consumer finance, commercial finance, telecommunications, insurance, and healthcare accounts receivable in the U.S., Central American, and South American markets. Throughout his career, Doug has served on industry boards in both the consumer credit and health insurance sectors. 

Following Doug’s leveraged buyout of Omnium Worldwide in 1998, he served as Chairman and CEO until selling the company to West Corporation in 2007. In 2008, after completing post transaction integration and leadership transition, Doug left West Corporation to form The Optimas Group. 

Doug holds BSBA and MBA degrees from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado. 

Doug and his wife Elaine have three grown daughters. Doug and Elaine live in Omaha, Nebraska and Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Doug is an avid fly fisherman, golfer, snow skier, cyclist and reader.
