CHICAGO, April 13, 2020 – The Association for Corporate Growth today announced Haley Bischof has joined the middle-market professional association as the Director of Member Development. Bischof joins ACG from Bonnier Corporation, and will head efforts to develop social leads, foster nurture campaigns and lead conversion campaigns for the association.

Bischof’s extensive knowledge of segmentation, consumer engagement and market research ensure the right messaging reaches the right audience at the right time.

“We have lofty goals that we intend to actualize quickly. We’re excited to welcome Haley, who’ll aid us in our forthcoming success,” said Thomas M. Bohn, president and CEO of ACG. “Within the past year, we’ve already used marketing automation to increase member engagement and to retune and reinforce our onboarding and renewal efforts. Haley’s presence is a step in the right direction. With her fourteen years of communications and audience engagement experience, she’ll lead us in new member acquisition campaigns, quality purpose-driven growth and the reactivation of former members.”

In light of recent global events, ACG has a renewed focus on bringing the value of membership to ACG’s members in fresh and innovative ways. The organization’s marketing and membership teams have designed a coordinated effort to develop compelling membership messaging, tools for driving event growth and newly developed channels to push out member-focused content, including GrowthTV, a recently launched video channel with exclusive interviews with middle-market leaders highlighting trends, exceptional deals and new ways to navigate the middle market during these unprecedented times.

“Haley’s entrance is perfectly timed,” said Matthew Hickman, executive vice president, Membership and Growth Strategy at ACG. “Her proven experience engaging quality audiences and developing award-winning audience activation strategies will contribute greatly to ACG’s membership growth initiatives.”

Before joining up with ACG, Bischof spent the better part of a decade working for Bonnier Corporation, brought on as Business Development Manager for the Water Sports group. Later, she was promoted to Marketing Director for the Dive and Travel Group and ultimately acquired the position of Group Marketing Director, where she oversaw the marketing team for the Florida-based media portfolio.

While there, she was able to generate $10 million in revenue, lead a team of 18 and optimize multi-channel programs on behalf of Bonnier and its brands. Before her time at Bonnier, Bischof worked at Engauge Communications, Turnstile Publishing Company and Push, Inc. She also received an MBA from Rollins College and a BA in Advertising/Public Relations from the University of Central Florida.
