Continue to advocate for access

CHICAGO, April 3, 2020 –  Statement from Tom Bohn, President, and CEO of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) about member advocacy around the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.

ACG is the voice of the middle market. We’ve weathered prior storms and we will get through this one together. A choir is most powerful when its voices are in sync. That’s why we remain in this together and should continue to advocate together. The guidance and implementation of the Paycheck Protection Program remains fluid. ACG encourages its members to continue their outreach to their elected officials, the Department of the Treasury and the U.S. Small Business Administration.

ACG is grateful to New York-based Seward and Kissel, LLP for its advocacy. You can find its letter here.

ACG will update this page with other letters as they receive them.
