Mike co-founded Farlie Turner Gilbert in 2004. Prior to Farlie Turner Gilbert, Mike was a Principal with Brockway Moran & Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in growth-oriented middle market companies. At Brockway Moran & Partners, Mike was responsible for managing all stages of the transaction and investing process from new deal evaluation and analysis to transaction execution. In addition, Mike was actively involved in managing investments post-acquisition, including executing strategic and operational initiatives to help drive equity value. Prior to Brockway Moran & Partners, Mr. Turner was a Vice President with Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co., the mergers and acquisition division of First Union Securities where he advised on merger and acquisition transactions across a wide range of industries. Mike received an BA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

Juan is a Jupiter native and Director at Palm Beach Capital. His primary responsibilities include new deal origination, fundraising, and investor relations.

Prior to joining Palm Beach Capital, Juan was a Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase in the Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries Group. There for 12 years, Juan led a team of South Florida based Middle Market Bankers and worked very closely with companies ranging from $20M-$1B in revenues. Juan was responsible for overseeing the delivery of various product sets including senior credit facilities, debt capital markets, investment banking, and treasury management solutions. Juan was licensed 79 and 63 (both inactive).

Juan is also very involved in local community engagement efforts, and currently sits on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County and the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County.

Juan is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, BS in Finance.

Ian Goldberger is a Principal of transaction advisory in the Business Consulting Services (BCS) practice and helps lead the firm’s Transaction Advisory practice. Ian advises companies through capital raise and merger and acquisition initiatives including strategic planning, financial modeling, business plan preparation, financial and operational due diligence and post-deal integration planning and execution. Ian and the BCS team also work hand-in-hand with companies through financial complexities, as well as optimizing operational performance to improve profit margins and overall bottom-line earnings.

 

Ian is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida.

Reggie is a shareholder in the firm's Corporate Practice in Fort Lauderdale and focuses his practice on private equity transactions; mergers and acquisitions; corporate restructurings, and counseling boards and senior management on strategic business, corporate formation and governance, financial and transactional matters. Reggie’s specific industry experience includes healthcare technology and services, education, insurance, manufacturing, franchises, retail, and infrastructure. Prior to law school, he was a financial analyst, focusing on mergers & acquisitions for a public company.
