Betsy Richards

Betsy is a Vice President at Mirus Capital Advisors and has more than a decade of experience in investment banking.  She has advised clients across a variety of industries, most recently including industrial, business services, and consumer.  Her clients have ranged from closely-held and founder-owned businesses to public companies.  In addition to her M&A work, Betsy also manages valuation engagements including 409A option valuations and business enterprise valuations for purposes such as estate planning and litigation.

Betsy is an active member of ACG’s Boston chapter, where she currently serves on the planning committee for the Women of Leadership events, after serving on the Young Professionals committee for several years.

Betsy received a BA from Williams College where she was a teaching assistant for the Mathematics Department. She is a Certified Valuation Analyst with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and holds Series 24, 63 and 79 certifications from FINRA.

Betsy lives on the South Shore with her husband and sons and enjoys running, reading and spending time on Cape Cod.
