Travis Frank: Business Development, South Carolina Ports Authority. Travis leads the Business Development team for SC Ports, focused on growing and diversifying the state’s cargo base. Since joining in 2020, he has helped attract new industry across key sectors such as furniture, renewable energy, and perishables. Travis also serves on the Trident United Way board and the South Carolina Economic Developers’ Association.

Eric Hargraves: Eric Hargraves: Senior Manager, Elliott Davis Advisory, LLC. Eric brings over 20 years of global experience in strategic supply chain and trade advisory. He advises clients on cross-border trade operations, with a focus on reducing costs, improving compliance, and optimizing logistics networks. Eric has deep expertise in areas such as tariff mitigation, duty recovery, and customs valuation strategies, supporting companies across various industries as they navigate complex international regulations and supply chain challenges.
