
Sarah Eustis is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Main Street Hospitality. Main Street owns and operates distinctive, independent hotels in the U.S.
Sarah leads the Stockbridge, Mass based group, with managed revenue exceeding $50M. Founded in 2014, MSH has shown consistent annual growth, earned a coveted spot on the Inc. 5000 List of fastest Growing Companies in 2023, and has become a leader in the independent hospitality industry in less than ten years.
Sarah’s career has spanned three decades and has included leadership roles at some of the most prestigious apparel companies in the world, including Polo/Ralph Lauren, Gap Inc., Limited Brands, and Etam in France.
During this chapter, she led significant turnarounds and the repositioning of successful brands, generating growth of mature brands through innovative extensions and expansion into new markets. Managing Revenues in the $500m-$1b range, and working directly with the board, CEO and Executive Team, Sarah was able to synergize creative innovation and analytic and bottom-line driven processes to yield exceptional results. This skill became a strength and a signature during this period and remains a key element of her effectiveness as a leader and entrepreneur.
In 2012, Sarah returned from her executive role at Etam in France to lead the third generation of her family’s hospitality business. Since her arrival, she has strengthened the family ethos of conscious operations, enabled a successful transfer of ownership and leadership to the third generation, and managed bottom line performance in all aspects of the businesses.
Sarah’s core strategic leadership skills include mergers and acquisitions, organizational design and growth, cash flow and profit & loss management, business transformation, raising capital, managing founder, family and generational transition/ownership of businesses, risk management in a smaller business, supply chain and logistics, and brand development and stewardship.
