Jade Toher

Jade joined KLR in 2010.  As a Partner in the tax department, Jade is responsible for over 275 clients, and staff at various levels.  She is a formal mentor to three of the Firm’s rising leaders and is an informal mentor to many more.  Jade has a leading role in the Firm’s college recruiting and intern development programs. 

Her primary focus is being an advisor to Private Equity firms and their respective portfolio companies.  She excels at managing the client relationship as well as the technical responsibilities of the engagements.  The Private Equity clients that Jade manages are multi-tiered, complicated structures with numerous transactions on an annual basis.

Jade is in charge of the Firm’s Tax Due Diligence team and handles all of the transactional work with her Private Equity clients, among others.  She consults on each piece of the transaction, from the structure to the ultimate integration of the company, along with any necessary filings.  Jade is a resource for others in the Firm when buying or selling a business. She is Co-chair of the women’s CPA business exchange.
