Jason Galetti

Jason Galetti serves as Capture Manager at Sigma Defense (www.sigmadefense.com), a Sagewind Capital portfolio company specializing in tactical communications solutions for C5ISR, CJADC2, and DevSecOps. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, he drives organizational growth through organic expansion and M&A initiatives. At Sigma Defense, Jason has led post-acquisition sales integration for Juno Technologies and Electronic Warfare Associates (EWA), effectively integrating business development teams into a scalable capture and sales framework.

Previously, he was President and Chief Operating Officer at Sentek Global, an Aerospace & Defense firm specializing in Command and Control Engineering and Cybersecurity, until its acquisition by Deloitte in 2021.

Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Villanova University, a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from UC San Diego, and an MBA from Pepperdine University. A Marine Corps veteran, he served as an officer with 3rd MAW and I MEF. He resides in San Diego, CA.
