Lusnail Haberberger

LUZCO Technologies
Founder and CEO

Lusnail launched LUZCO Technologies in 2017 with two people and a vision to build a company where professional excellence and personal fulfillment could coexist. Eight years later, LUZCO has grown to over 130 employees nationwide and was named one of the Top 10 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in St. Louis. Under her leadership, LUZCO has become known for its innovative engineering solutions, strong client partnerships, and culture rooted in Familia, Leadership, and Diversity.

Her philosophy of leadership extends beyond business performance—it’s about empowering others to grow into leaders themselves. Lusnail believes that when people are developed, their families and communities thrive as well. This belief has inspired initiatives such as LUZCO University, a professional development platform designed to cultivate leadership at every level, and the Innovation Committee, which fosters creative, cross-departmental problem-solving that
keeps LUZCO at the forefront of industry evolution.

Before founding LUZCO, Lusnail built a proven track record in the utility sector, successfully managing multimillion-dollar electrical reliability projects. Her ability to bridge communication across engineering, operations, and field teams
positioned her as a trusted, results-driven leader capable of guiding complex projects from concept
to completion.

Today, Lusnail continues to advance LUZCO’s mission of shaping a more resilient and reliable grid equipped for the growing demands of electrification and clean energy. Her forward-looking vision ensures that LUZCO not only adapts to the evolving power landscape but leads with integrity, innovation, and care for people—the foundation of every sustainable organization.

Beyond her role as CEO, Lusnail is deeply committed to community impact. A Venezuelanborn mother of two, she actively mentors women, youth, and immigrants pursuing careers in STEM and entrepreneurship. Through LUZCOmmunity, the firm’s philanthropic arm, she and her team dedicate time and resources to initiatives that strengthen local communities.

In 2025, Lusnail served as Vice Chair of the IEEE St. Louis Region and currently sits on the Board of the St. Louis Agency on Training and Employment (SLATE) and has been recognized by Titan 100 three consecutive years. Her leadership and business excellence have earned LUZCO recognition as the EEI Diverse Supplier of the Year (2023) and features in The New York Times, Entrepreneur, Forbes, and Fortune magazines.

Balancing a life of purpose and passion, Lusnail finds joy in spending time with her husband, Dan, and their two sons, José and Luca. Whether mentoring future leaders, innovating in the energy space, or volunteering at the local shelter, she continues to embody the same principle that started it all—leadership defined by positive impact.
