Tracy Montgomery is the Executive Director of ACG St. Louis, where she provides strategic leadership and oversight for the chapter's overarching growth, financial health, and governance. In this role, Tracy drives member engagement initiatives, manages day-to-day operations and accounting functions, and directs high-level event planning and coordination to deliver maximum value to the ACG community.
Prior to joining ACG, Tracy held positions at State Farm Corporate as a Business Analyst for the Investment Accounting Department; and as a Systems Analyst and Accounting Supervisor for State Farm Bank.
Tracy graduated from Illinois State University with a BS in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Life Underwriter, and Chartered Financial Consultant.
Olivia McCarty is the Chapter Manager for ACG St. Louis, where she oversees daily operations, drives member engagement, and directs the chapter's event coordination. In this leadership role, Olivia serves as the liaison between members, ensuring seamless communications and executing strategic chapter initiatives with strong organizational focus.
Olivia holds both a master’s and an undergraduate degree in education from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Prior to joining the ACG team, she taught third and fifth grades, where she enhanced her communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
