The ACG St. Louis Women’s Peer Group invites you to a panel discussion on AI That Moves the Middle Market. Don't get left behind in the AI arms race. Join us for a morning of networking and insight as we discuss how middle-market companies are successfully integrating AI to drive growth and efficiency. Our expert panel will provide a roadmap for navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of generative and predictive AI. The panel will be moderated by Farica Chang, Managing Principal at Anderson Technologies. Panelists include Shastine Mosley with Bank of America, Ashley Pyle, Chief Experience Officer at GadellNet, and Michelle Hamilton, founder and CEO of Spark AI Strategy.

Ashley serves on multiple regional boards including TechSTL, Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri and Per Scholas, and is an alumna of the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge. She is widely recognized for her work helping organizations adopt AI in practical, people‑first ways. She lives with her husband of 16 years and two young children in St. Louis, Missouri.

She also oversees AI‑enhanced digitization and legacy preservation initiatives through Anderson Archival, supporting organizations that steward historical and cultural collections. 

Farica is known for translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable direction for business leaders, drawing on decades of experience guiding companies through digital transformation.
