Stephen Dyer

Stephen Dyer is a Managing Director in Highspring’s Executive Search Practice, bringing 20 years of leadership, consulting, and search experience to companies.

Stephen serves private equity companies in the lower and middle markets, focused on consumer, industrial, and financial services industries, by bringing new leaders to portfolio companies to help them grow and achieve desired results.

Prior to joining the Highspring executive search practice, Stephen spent over a decade in Highspring’s Vaco San Antonio office in leadership and business development roles. Previously he lead several entrepreneurial ventures, and started his career with Alvarez & Marsal.
