Chicago, IL — The Association for Corporate Growth® (ACG) today announced a new strategic partnership with Wall Street Prep, a leading provider of financial training and certification programs used by over 300 of the world’s largest financial institutions. The partnership underscores ACG’s continued commitment to expanding the value it delivers to members through enhanced benefits and professional development resources.

Through this collaboration, ACG members will receive access to Wall Street Prep’s comprehensive training platform, along with ACG member-exclusive pricing on online video content, virtual one-on-one coaching, and Wharton Online and Columbia Business School Executive Education's eight-week certificate programs.

Wall Street Prep’s curriculum is designed to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application, equipping professionals with the practical skills top dealmakers rely on every day. From financial modeling and valuation to M&A analysis, the platform helps users sharpen their financial analysis capabilities and develop deeper market insights—critical advantages for ACG’s corporate, private equity, and advisory community.

“Providing our members with access to best-in-class resources is central to our mission,” said Brent Baxter, CEO of ACG. “Our partnership with Wall Street Prep gives ACG members a meaningful opportunity to continue building the technical and analytical skills that are essential in today’s increasingly competitive and complex deal environment.”

The flexible learning format allows members to upskill on their own schedule, with both on-demand and virtual live training options that fit seamlessly between meetings, live deals, and transaction cycles.

"We're thrilled to partner with ACG and support its global network of middle-market dealmakers," said Matan Feldman, CEO of Wall Street Prep. "ACG's members are exactly the professionals we built our platform for—practitioners who need to move fast, evaluate deals with precision, and add value from day one. We're proud to extend that training to the ACG community."

The partnership represents another step in ACG’s broader effort to enhance its member experience through curated benefits, education, and access to leading industry resources.

“Wall Street Prep’s training is widely recognized across the industry for its practical, real-world focus,” said Bob Dunn, ACG’s chief product officer. “This partnership delivers immediate value to our members by helping them strengthen their M&A skillsets and stay sharp in a fast-moving market.”

Wall Street Prep joins a growing list of member-only benefits offered by ACG, including exclusive access to discounted pricing for Oracle NetSuite—a new benefit announced in March.
