Cancellation and Substitution Policy:
- Through November 20th: Cancellations are eligible for a full (100%) refund.
- November 21st – December 26th: Cancellations will incur a $150 cancellation fee.
- After December 26th: Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Through January 27th: Attendee substitutions may be made at no additional charge.
