Member Benefits

ACG St. Louis meets monthly for breakfast, typically on the third Friday, and the more you (and your business colleagues) attend, the more pleased you will be with your investment. ACG is focused on networking and continuous education among M&A and business development colleagues. We trust your involvement will affirm that ACG St. Louis is a particularly strong chapter with more than 300 members representing a balanced proportion of service, finance and operating companies.

Once you become an ACG St. Louis member, we encourage you to invite prospective member candidates to our monthly breakfast meetings or our late afternoon C-Level Seminar Series that is held occasionally throughout the year. Appropriate operating company executives, reserved by you, may visit our meetings at no cost. All other guests must pay a $60 guest fee prior to each meeting. There is a two (2) meeting maximum for all guests.

The ACG Corporate Peer Group is designed specifically for corporate executives and is restricted solely to members of the St. Louis Chapter and their invited guests who have as a primary responsibility, growth via acquisitions in their companies. The goal of the Corporate Peer Group is to create a peer-to-peer exchange among our corporate members who share similar responsibilities.

Strategic Relations

For many years, ACG St. Louis sponsored the ACG Cup, an M&A case study competition among MBA students from four local universities. The final ACG Cup in St. Louis was held in March 2014. ACG’s newest initiative will work to strengthen the relationship between ACG and the universities. Ongoing events, sponsorship, intern programs and more will be part of this new strategic effort.
