Stephanie Henry is Associate Director, Client Services at Gryphon Strategies, specializing in engaging with private equity and private credit clients during pre-transaction due diligence on management teams to identify red flags and reputational risk prior to deal close on new investments and add-on acquisitions.
Stephanie began at Gryphon in 2019 as an Associate, and managed KYC diligence and anti-money laundering (AML) investigations into corporations and individuals for global investment banking clients.
Prior to Gryphon, Stephanie held similar roles at two investigative firms, and began her career in qualitative healthcare research as a Research Assistant at Columbia University.
A native of New Zealand, Stephanie obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Anthropology with a minor in Spanish from Massey University New Zealand.
