ACG Texas Deal School

ACG Texas Deal School 2026 is a practical, practitioner-led educational program designed to help ACG members, transaction professionals, investors, lenders, operators, advisors, and selected business leaders understand how middle-market deals actually get done. The program is organized around the full transaction lifecycle and taught by professionals actively working in the Texas market. The curriculum examines both buyer and seller perspectives, including business readiness, sourcing, valuation, diligence, financing, transaction structure, closing, integration, post-close value creation, and applied case study review.
