Cathleen C. Slack

Cathleen Slack is a founding partner of Rigby Slack, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions and business transactions. She represents both buyers and sellers in M&A deals typically ranging from $10 million to $100 million, and in industries spanning professional services, manufacturing, construction and technology.  Prior to her law practice over the last 25 years, she has also founded several businesses, and has a unique perspective to guide clients through the acquisition and sales process.
Away from the office, Cathleen's favorite place is a mountain hiking trail. These days you're likely to find her on one near Portland, Oregon, where her daughter is a college freshman. At home, she enjoys the outdoors with her husband and yellow lab, catches live music when it isn't past her bedtime, and cheers on Austin FC.
