Suitsupply, Basic Fit and Holland Corporate Finance win the 2016 ACG Holland Growth Awards

Last night ACG Holland, the Dutch arm of the global organization focused on driving middle-market growth, held its first annual Growth Awards Ceremony at the A’DAM Toren in Amsterdam.

The Growth Awards recognize the achievements of mid-market companies and their advisors in the Netherlands. More than 100 dealmakers attended the event which was presented by entrepreneur and BNR radio presenter, Ruud Hendriks.

Nominations for the awards were submitted by the ACG Holland board of Directors and the winners were selected by an independent panel represented by: event sponsor Merrill Corporation and ACG Holland President, Roelof Vos.

The nominations and winners of the awards were:

Outstanding Growth Award: honours a high performing middle market company that has demonstrated sustained growth in sales, profitability and employment.

Deal of the Year Award: recognises the most impressive middle market deal in the Netherlands.

  • Basic Fit - advised by 3i – WINNER

  • Sale of Isero Ijzerwaren - advised by H2 equity - nominee

Best ACG Holland Advisor Award: recognises the adviser who has achieved significant success on M&A transactions in the Netherlands.

In addition ACG Holland awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award to Hans van Ierland, HPE Growth Capital in recognition of the significant contribution that he has made to ACG Holland since setting the Chapter up in 2005.
