Zwick Partners LP makes investments in high quality private market business opportunities, typically equity capital in the form of buyouts, growth capital, or re-capitalizations. Executing on a flexible mandate, Zwick Partners has experience co-investing alongside traditional private equity sponsors, backing independent or fundless sponsors, backing search fund operators, and sponsoring transactions in which they have value-add domain expertise.

Since joining Zwick Partners in 2014, Brad has helped build out and lead the family office's direct investing program. As a partner of the firm Brad leads all aspects of the investment operation including deal sourcing, diligence, structuring, execution, and strategic management and board of director oversight of the existing portfolio investments. Zwick Partners currently has 10 direct investments in their portfolio and has experience investing across a handful of industries including healthcare, business services, industrial services, enterprise software, and specialty finance.

Prior to joining Zwick Partners, Brad spent 6 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. At BofA Merrill Lynch Brad was responsible for structuring and underwriting credit products for Private Equity leveraged buyouts. In addition to transaction responsibilities, Brad was instrumental in managing the bank's exposure to an $8.7Bn credit portfolio of sponsor-backed leveraged loans.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Davidson College in History with a minor in Economics.

Jamie Cornell is Managing Partner of Fiduciary Wealth Partners, a private investment office and investment consultant to family offices and large family owned businesses. He spent eleven years at Fidelity Capital & Fidelity Ventures serving as CEO of several Fidelity businesses, including Fidelity Portfolio Advisory Services, an investment advisory business with over 500 employees and $25 billion in assets under management.

Today, Mr. Cornell is a seventh-generation owner of Cornell Enterprises, one of the largest industrial enclosure makers in North America. He serves on eight boards including PE/VC backed companies, family offices and privately held businesses. Mr. Cornell is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization in the New England and Jackson Hole Chapters. In 2018 he was elected Chair of the YPO Family Office Principals’ Group, a private group of 75 of large single-family offices. In November 2018 Mr. Cornell served as Chair of the Campden Wealth IPI North America Family Office Conference. From 2014 to 2018 Mr. Cornell served as Chair of Tiger 21, a private investment network for UHNW individuals.

Mr. Cornell and his wife, Stephanie, live in the Back Bay and have five grown daughters and a son. Stephanie is a philanthropist and co-founder of Strategic Grant Partners, a leading philanthropic advisory firm, and today is Managing Director of the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation, a venture philanthropy fund for high impact social organizations. She has served on numerous Boards including Partners-in-Health, WGBH, Year Up, Share our Strength, Clean Energy Trust, D-Rev, City Health Works, Upstream, Lava Mae, Strong Minds and Y2Y Harvard Square, among others.

Mr. Cornell graduated from The Lawrenceville School, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Fidelity sponsored Owner-President-Manager Program at Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School’s Program for Investment Executives.

Alan Fullerton has been an investment banker to large corporations, middle-market firms and family-owned firms since 1997. Before joining Mirus, he was Managing Director in the investment banking group of Newbury Piret, a regional firm, where he led and managed dozens of M&A and financing transactions in a variety of industries.

Alan is senior advisor to management teams and business owners with significant experience in arranging equity financings ($5 million to $100 million) and executing buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates. Alan has been a sector finalist for several national M&A Advisor Awards for his transactions in industrial services, healthcare, consumer products, business services, travel services, and highly engineered industrial products, including for deals closed with Fortune 500 and Global 500 corporations, private equity-backed companies, closely-held businesses, and middle-market publicly traded companies.

In addition, his advisory experience includes fairness opinions for venture-backed and publicly traded companies; he is a member of the Mirus fairness opinion committee, a position he also held at his previous firm.

Before his investment banking career, he was a member of technical staff and project leader with the 2500-person engineering consulting firm TASC. During his tenure with TASC, he was a project leader on strategic planning, engineering, operations and policy engagements.

Alan holds a BS from M.I.T. in Mechanical Engineering, an MS from Brown University in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA from the Ecole des Ponts of Paris, France. He holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 certifications from FINRA.

Alan lives in Lexington, Massachusetts with his wife, son and two daughters. In his spare time, Alan enjoys reading, traveling and playing games with his kids.

Helenn Lemaistre cumulates 15 years of Private Equity experience within CM-CIC Investissement in France (www.cmcic-investissement.com), the private equity branch of Credit Mutuel-CIC, one of the strongest banking institution in Europe.

With more than $3.0B under management and 350 companies in its portfolio mainly in Europe and Canada, CM-CIC Investissement (CIC Capital in the US) is now establishing a long term presence in the USA (New York and Boston) to support owners of lower mid-market companies through equity investments in various situations such as family and management transitions, shareholder liquidity, acquisitions or organic growth financing.

Thanks to its evergreen capital, CM-CIC Capital has the ability to back its portfolio companies as long as needed, and to reinvest to strengthen their development. Prior to coming to Boston in September 2016, Helenn has served on several boards in France such as Lorillard, Bouvet Ladubay, Caillau, Groupe Grimaud, Home & Furniture.

Before joining the Private Equity industry, Hélenn was a financial auditor at KPMG. She is a French CPA, holds an MS degree from Audencia and completed the WSP at American University in Washington DC.

Alex is a managing director at Ironwood Capital. His primary responsibilities include deal origination, structuring and execution, industry research and portfolio management.  Ironwood Capital is a private equity firm that provides non-control growth capital to middle market companies, investing more than $700 million in over 125 companies over the past 16 years. Ironwood invests in the form of subordinated debt and preferred stock in amounts ranging from $5 million to $20 million to support business owners and financial sponsors in growth financings, full and partial recapitalizations, generational transitions and buyouts.

Alex is a member of the Board of Directors for Merrill Industries, Industrial Timber, and Consulting Solutions International (CSI), and a board observer at Ripley Tools, Paradigm Windows Solutions, Air Temp Mechanical Services, NSA Industries, Blue Bell Mattress Company, BrandFX Body Company and Bush Industries.  Alex was previously a member of the Board of Directors for SkyStream Markets, Pharmaceutic Litho & Label Company, Dancing Deer and Epoch Homes and a board observer for LiquidHub, Elite One Source Nutrisciences, Capewell Aerial Systems, DocuLynx and Katahdin Industries.

Prior to joining Ironwood Capital in 2005, Alex was a Vice President of Market Development and Strategic Planning for CCA Global Partners. He started his career with Morgan Stanley & Co. as a financial analyst and later was an associate with Advent International.

He was born in Dobromyl, Ukraine and lives in Andover, Massachusetts with his wife and two daughters. He has native fluency in English, Russian and Ukrainian and enjoys sailing, hiking, coaching his daughter's soccer team and spending time with family and friends. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Russian Literature from Colby College and studied at the London School of Economics.
