Kayla Marsh, CPA

Kayla Marsh is a member of the BKD National Health Care Group and serves as the ACG YP Committee Chair and on the board of directors of ACG Dallas Fort Worth. She has more than eight years of experience, all with BKD, providing audit services to health care providers, including proprietary nursing facilities, private equity backed healthcare entities, physician practice management entities, hospitals and health systems. Her technical knowledge includes auditing and assisting with complex corporate structures, acquisitions and mergers and reimbursement complexities faced by privately held and governmental healthcare companies. Kayla is a 2012 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. degree in accounting and an M.Acc. degree.
