ACG St. Louis Corporate Peer Group Meeting (By Invitation Only)

Greg is Vice President of Finance - Corporate Development & Risk with Barry-Wehmiller Group, Inc., a diversified global manufacturing and service provider headquartered in St. Louis.  During Greg’s nearly 30-year tenure with the Company, Barry-Wehmiller has made over 115 acquisitions and grown annual revenues from $48 million to approximately $3.0 billion.  In addition to active involvement in the Company’s ongoing strategic acquisition program, Greg is responsible for all of the Company’s treasury, risk management, legal and tax processes.

Prior to joining Barry-Wehmiller, Greg was with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co., now KPMG, and The Seven-Up Company.

In addition to serving as Secretary of Association for Corporate Growth St. Louis, Greg is a CPA and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia.  He has three grown daughters and two sons-in-law and two grandsons.  He and his wife live in Chesterfield, Missouri.

Brad Baker assists privately held business owners grow their company(s) dramatically.  Currently, he is the Executive Vice President of Husky Corporation, a manufacturer of petroleum dispensing equipment, liquid level tank gauges, and automotive aftermarket components.  Husky has grown over 400% during his tenure utilizing a three pronged approach of international expansion, new product development, and strategic partnerships and acquisitions.  Brad’s undergraduate degree was from the University of Kansas and his graduate degree was from Washington University in St. Louis.  Brad is married to his wife Darla and has two children Kennedy and Chase.
