For CEOs

Greg Moser: "As a member of CEO Circle, I believe its prevented numerous mistakes and introduced me to invaluable connections. It emphasizes growth-focused discussions resulting in transformative insights like the necessity of a board chair to ease my workload as the CEO."

Why Join a CEO Circle? CEO Circles are comprised of fellow CEOs who understand the challenges you face. They facilitate better decision-making in enhancing company value, capital raising, and M&A. Members bring their toughest professional or personal challenges to the group, receiving direct, constructive advice and benefiting from peer insights, sometimes identifying blind spots.

Monthly meetings are guided by a CEO Circle Chair with the goal of harnessing the group's collective expertise to drive strategic decisions, in an atmosphere of absolute confidentiality.

What to Expect at a CEO Circle:

  • Be part of a "kitchen cabinet" of fellow CEOs to help you weigh your options when making decisions
  • Gain new insights and actionable advice through a structured process
  • Participate in educational workshops with expert speakers from ACG
  • A supportive environment, free from competition and sales pressure
  • Develop lifelong friendships with good laughs along the way
  •

Join a CEO Circle: Joining gives entry to a cohort of 14–16 CEOs spanning various industries, convening monthly under a seasoned Chair. Facilitates exploring issues in growing enterprise value, raising capital, and M&A (e.g. selecting investment bankers or structuring key employee compensation). Expert speakers occasionally invited by the Chair on critical topics.
