Malcolm deMayo is global vice president at NVIDIA for the financial services industry. Before joining NVIDIA, he managed strategic financial service industry customers at Oracle. Prior to this he held various leadership roles at Teradata, EMC, Veritas and TCS.

Senior Director of Product Marketing, AI/ML Group

Abby leads product marketing for the AI/ML group at Datasite. She has 20+ years of experience in developing M&A data and technology products, including working closely with Datasite's AI R&D team on new AI-based apps and tools.  Prior to Datasite, Abby's roles included Head of Business Development & Innovation at Acuris Group and Global Editor of Mergermarket. She received her JD from Georgetown Law Center and BA from Bard College.

William “Bill” Lynch is a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office, primarily focused on Security M&A and strategic advisory. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Lynch spent 19 years at ProFinance Associates, Inc., where he spent his tenure working M&A and finance in security, maritime technology, and high gross margin, repetitive income service businesses. In security and life-safety, he has managed and completed transactions in software, hardware, sensors, recurring revenue monitoring, and integration service businesses. Prior to ProFinance, Mr. Lynch was in industrial manufacturing, where he led strategic and capital planning, distribution, marketing, and sales with responsibility for the general management of the western United States for the Industrial Gypsum Division of USG Corporation. Mr. Lynch earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Menlo College.
